General pourpose software timers. Base on one single Timer Pulse Modulation peripheral. with a single overflow interrupt fixed every (x)ms the applicaton could have as many channels as need it.

Two single function and one initial function handles all the complexity. One function to set the channel and the desired time to decrement and other fucntion to get the current time of the channel. Set the base time using the header defines.
